Items can be returned to us with the following details:
- Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
- The returned item is not monogrammed or personalized.
- Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card.
Monogrammed or Personalized Item
The beauty of the monogramming is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.
