Standard shipping for orders under $55 is $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95. Orders containing monogrammed products will require up to 4 business days to be dispatched.Most express orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days for express delivery, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.
Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. Orders containing monogrammed products will require up to 4 business days to be dispatched. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
RETURN
Items can be returned to us with the following details:
- Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
- The returned item is not monogrammed or personalized.
- Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card.
Monogrammed or Personalized Item
The beauty of the monogramming is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.
